Tianjin's climate is a monsoon-influenced humid continental climate (Koppen climate classification Dwa) characterized by hot, humid summers, due to the monsoon, and dry, cold winters, due to the Siberian anticyclone. Average highs in January and July are 2 °C (36 °F) and 31 °C (87 °F) respectively). Spring is windy but dry, and most of the precipitation takes place in July and August. Tianjin also experiences occasional spring sandstorms which blow in from the Gobi Desert and may last for several days.

法律分析：限号。天津市限号范围是外环线（不含）以内道路，塘沽区已经出了天津外环了。天津限号要求为自2020年6月8日起，工作日（因法定节日放调休而调整为上班的星期六、星期日除外）每日7时至9时、16时至19时；禁止外埠号牌机动车（北京号牌小型、微型载客汽车除外）和使用小客车区域指标登记上牌的本市机动车在外环线（不含）以内道路通行。《天津市重污染天气应急预案﹙征求意见稿﹚》，出现重污染天气时，本市拟实施机动车限行政策，在一二级预警时，实行单双号限行政策。限行区域包括：市区：外环线（不含）以内道路；滨海新区塘沽：塘沽建成区的道路；开发区东区道路；汉沽：汉沽建成区环线（不含环线）以内道路。

以下机动车不受上述措施限制：

（一）警车、消防车、救护车、工程救险车4类特种车辆；

（二）大中型客车（含公共汽车、班车、长途汽车等）、出租汽车（不含租赁车辆）、邮政专用车（持公安交通管理部门核发的通行证）；

（四）环卫、园林、道路养护的作业车辆；

第二条在中华人民共和国境内申请和办理机动车登记，适用本办法。中国和中国人民武装警察部队负责登记的机动车适用军车登记管理的规定。

一、本市牌照的载客汽车每日限行一组尾号，24日限行1和6(含临时号牌和2002式个性化号牌)，25日限行2和7,26日限行3和8，27日限行4和9。货运机动车（含持有通行证车辆）、危化品运输车辆（含持有通行证车辆），6时至24时禁止驶入限行区域，零时至6时按照尾号限行规定行驶。

二、限行区域。市区：外环线（不含）以内道路。滨海新区塘沽：塘沽建成区。滨海新区大港：大港建成区环线以内（不含）道路。滨海新区汉沽:汉沽建成区环线（不含）以内道路。

三、不取限行措施车辆。警车、消防车、救护车、工程救险车等4类特种车辆，武警、驻津部队车辆；公共汽车、出租汽车和由公安交通管理部门核发相应通行证的班车、长途汽车、大中型客车；各国驻华使领馆和国际组织驻华机构机动车；车身喷涂统一标识并执行任务的城管、工商、交通执法车辆，环保监察车辆，邮政、救援、抢险、清障等专用车辆；环卫、园林、道路养护等专项作业车辆；殡仪馆所属的殡葬车辆。
